I deposited £30 into a bingo site via my Visa Debit Card and by the close of play my account has £30.20p withrawable cash ingnore the bonus bull thats not an issue, this is withdraw-able money

I fill in the relevant withdrawal form and 2 days later receive this email, please bear in mind I have never used this site before, what's my next move. Im very concerned about the documents they ask for and would no way offer this detail to them, it seems a clear case of was basicly amounts to theft.
A whois lookup shows the site to be registered in Costa Rica, very worrying.

Hello richard

Your account has been flagged as a probable multiple account on our
site. Our records indicate you have registered at least 4 accounts with
us, and those
accounts have inconsistent address information. Please be advised that
only one account per player is permitted, and a maximum of two per
household is allowed with permission
from management.

Please provide clarification to us by return email as to the
circumstances around your different accounts. We will also require ID
documents from you as follows:

1. Copy of Photo ID (passport or other government-issued photo ID)
2. Copy of recent utility bill showing full name, address and phone number
3. Copy of the card used to deposit to your account.

We will not be able to approve any payouts on your richard3009 account
until you have provided ID docs and a satisfactory explanation.

Let us know if you have any questions.

Kind Regards,

Hi Richard, it looks very much like a scam, do not provide that sort of info over the web, identity theft is big business and you could pick up a massive bill or worse and proving to the authorities that you are not responsible can be time consuming and difficult especially if it is in another country. I know £30 is a lot of money but it is not worth the risk, sounds like they have already taken your money, do not let them take you to the cleaners.

Are these guys for real asking for passport, address and credit card details? I agree with sufar999, it does sound like a scam and a very open one too!
