Hello There
Im new to this forum and I have been looking for advice for a while so I recently called a IFA and she kindly told me i was right to look into my situation but i needed a solicitor. I dont know if a solicitor would have in depth knowledge to Property mortgages/ investments/ when to sell/ when not to sell etc. So I have no idea who to go to and in the meantime i thought i would contact other people who are in the same business or pehaps a similar situation as me. Im not getting any youger and i have been a LL for almost 10 years. My business is running well. My bottom line is i dont want to be 60+ and cash in. I dont need a 24 carat gold wheelchair in other words. Would rather get what i dreamed of now.
