Hi have just got my first property I want to manage it myself, dont want to pay high agent costs, have looked at a few on line tenant find services, where they advertise your prop and basically find you a tenant, has anyone any experience of any companies. thanks

Hey! Wish you all the success and hope its not long before you find tenants for your property. Check landlords subforum, another member suggested online service (if you have not heard of them before (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) ).
