Hi if anyones interested have been doing loads of research for Tenant Find Services now offered by a lot of companies and found a company called Discount Letting to be well recommended and they cover the whole of the UK for this tenant find service, yesterday I found a discount for their services on the Property Hawk site so here it is if anyones thinking of using a tenant find service in the near future.

I would like to bring to your attension a letting agency i have come across called Aqua Lettings who are offering fully management service for unbelievable 5% PCM along with a let only deal for just £49 along with free submission to rightmove to give your property maximum exposure

Aqua operates in Greater Manchester and Lancashire altho i spoke to the manager today and he said they will advertise any property in any area of the UK on the Aqua Website and Rightmove for just £49

I noticed Aqua Lettings are registerd agents on both LetSafe and the UK Lettings Directory
they have a facebook group with over 300 members
