Letting agents forum

Does anyone know if letting agents, in view of economic downturn, charge less or more for their management services. Couple of years ago in the area where i live the average was between 10 % and 15 % of the rent.

I work for a lettings agent (Orchard Group), and we have full landlord management at 8%.
Not sure about anywhere else but hope this helps |
