An elderly relative sold her house and was invited to live with relatives. She invested a lot of money which was used to renovate a dilapidated outbuilding to a one bed cottage .She was to live here 'forever'paying all bills but no rent. After 10 years she has been asked to leave(removal of permission to stay).Does she have any ownership rights?
