Here are some great tips to sell your house cheaply, especially good in the current economic climate:
1. There are many cheap commission free estate agents out there so why not have a look for some. Most charged a small upfront fee which can suit some people but not all so see what each offer.
2. Do not think that only local estate agents are the one to go for, some great low cost offers can be had from national ones. Many houses are now sold online so the need for high street agents are not always necessary, most people now start looking online and Rightmove say that 8 out of 10 sales are now done using the web.
3. HIP's can now also be done very cheaply and if you go oline again great deals can be had. The good thing is that you can take your HIP to other agents if needs be.

I do think that you can sell your house cheaply and if a commission free, no commission service is not for you then there are plenty of estate agency out there offering traditional methods.

I hope this has been helpful!

To sum the above: it always pays to shop around and choose the option that's most suitable (given one's particular circumstances! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) )
