Hi,
My mum is in her 70s and my sister and I worry that if she goes into care
we would lose the house to pay for care!
the house has a tiny mortgage on it still.
my mum is wiling to sign the house but it may be too late at
her age she is struggling now!
i admit we wish to avoid any costs against the house, mum has no savings
a small widows pension and recieves attendance allownce.
any advice legal or not very welcome

K
