Anyone know of a site where i can advertise my property (rightmove?) then manage it my self? Thanks.

I think if you want to manage property yourself it is better to advertise locally as you will need to be close to the rented property, so I suppose you need to advertise locally.

from what i can see on the net (articles etc) people surfing the net for properties is more popular than going in to your local agent to look.

Hi
Also quite a few agents now offer tenant finding services. For a set price, they advertise your property, check tenant’s references, sometimes they offer EPCs and then you manage it yourself. |
