Who is a licensed conveyancer? Is this an old-fashioned or fancy name for a conveyancing solicitor? You start looking into smth, you find that there are so many new legal terms that your poor head starts hurting (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

Oh, poor ivolga (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif) The services licensed conveyancer and conveyancing solicitor provide are practically the same. But professions are not the same. Licensed conveyancer does not need to have a law degree, rather they train in one particular area of law - property law. Licensed Conveyancer undertakes practical training in property law and has to pass exams with the Council of Licensed Conveyancers.

To put it simply: they do the same job, but get there using different paths.
