I would like to lease out a piece of land that I have so that it can be of some use. I have tried farming several times, but have failed on some account or the other. So now I think it will be better if I could lease it to someone who could make better use of it. I am on the look-out for reliable property and land consultants who will do this for me.

Depending where that land is, you may be better of selling it!

I have to disagree. Farmland is a valuable commodity and always has some value. I wouldn’t sell at this climate. Market will recover and land prices will go up as well. Don’t forget, farmers need to have land to grow crops to feed us. My friend has quite a lot of land around her house and she rents it out for years.
