Hello everyone,
I'm considering buying some land to have a caravan on to live in but hoping people can help me learn about the rules. 1. What types of land ownership are there in the UK? 2. What (if any) types of taxes have to payed each year for land owners? 3. If there are taxes, Roughly how much are these taxes or what pricing system is used? 4. Does a person require planning permission to have a moveable caravan on their land? Any help / links much appreciated. Thank you! |

I think you may need a planning permission for caravan, escpecially if you are planning to live in it.
