I have already posted here - 'House from Hell'

There is another issue regarding this property but did not
want to mix it all in with the other one and complicate things.

The house we are renting was advertised on a very popular
property site as a 4/5 bedroom House, It turned out to be just
a 3 bedroom house!!

When we questioned the agent about this he just fobbed us off.

If a house is advertised At £800 a month for a 4/5 bed that turns
out to have less rooms and the agent thinks it is funny, I wonder
if this is Fraud.

If it is fraudulent how should it be dealt with, Who should we tell?

Any advise would be much appreciated.
