Hi all, new to this so please be gentle! We have bought some land in a residential area which has been refused planning due to our land being an amenity area for the residents in that area. Any ideas if we could use it for allotments or something else so that we can get some of the money back we paid for it?

I suppose it will depend on how big is your plot of land. Not far from me people turned their piece of land into an adventure park, with ropes, climbing, etc, but you are will need to have permission for that. Another ideas like crazy golf, paintball, but it all depends on where about that land is and how big the area. Did you try to speak to your planning officer, sometimes they will give you an idea what will be an acceptable use, some of them are quite helpful.

hi there and good afternoon.

my name is mike and represent a new company thats dealing with property and land acquisitions, can i first of all ask where abouts is the land inquestion, you do not have to give me the exact location just the rough area, of where it is situated, how much you paid and how much you would be wanting back with regards to revenue for the site, and what you have had the planning application turned down for,

because it could very well be that the planning has been refused because there is or could be something along the same lines, been developed near to where your site is, or has been built all ready,

i hope that this is of help to you, if you require any other help, advice or assistance,

please feel free to msg me back at any time,

with regards

Mike knill c/o michaelknill-propertylandacquisitions
