myself and my neighbour own the lane between our houses, he has now applied to build a house in his garden using this lane as access to the new house.
Can i as pro indiviso ( 50% ) owner of the lane stop him from using the lane for this access, no approach has been made to myself on this matter by him. thanks in advance K |

I would have thought that the original document (conveyance or smth) that gave you both the shared right to the drive should have smth about the situation you describe. Seems unfair that your neighbour went ahead w/t consulting you...
