Hi,

We rented a flat in a building recently and our estate agent did not provide the following :


1. Fobs to enter the main building as a result we can get in the main building only between 7am and 7pm when concierge is present.

2. Keys to Windows and balcony (accessible from outside) doors, hence cannot fully lock the house when going out.

3. Manuals for appliances - heating system etc.

4. and the usual, going back on his promise to provide furniture eg : wardrobes etc (agreed only verbally)

5. Keys to the mailbox.

When we moved in , agent promised to get all the above sorted in 1-2 days, however, it has been more than 3 weeks since and he has done nothing.
He dosent take our calls or reply to emails. There is no way to get in touch with him.

Can we do anything about it legally ?

Please advise, your help is deeply appreciated.
