Hi Can anyone recommend a company that offers a Tenant Find Service, have decided to manage my own property and have found a few companies that offers a tenant find service and advertise your props on rightmove, find a prop etc, and you do your own viewings, ast etc. Just wondered if anyone has any experience of any good companies.

I would like to bring to your attension a letting agency i have come across called Aqua Lettings who are offering fully management service for unbelievable 5% PCM along with a let only deal for just £49 along with free submission to rightmove to give your property maximum exposure

Hey proplady, I saw your post and I had the same problem in the past. I used to use gumtree and a whole bunch of other sites. I've come across this website since and it works for me: www.smartlandlord.co.uk it's really handy on a national level. For a small fee (£75 last time I checked) you can advertise on their page for 45 days.

They advertise on over 100 web sites, all the main national web sites and they will also have a look at all the local web sites in that area as well and advertise on there many local papers will have a web site division and you will get on there through them too!

Have a go if you like.

Or you can use a letting agent just as a tenant finder... Another tip with viewings is make sure you ask everyone to bring all their paperwork along with them - it weeds out the time wasters!
