I have a house that I rent as multiple occupation, I have always rented to foreign workers and apart from the odd one leaving oweing a little bit of rent I have had had no major problems. at the minute I have an english guy in as well as a polish couple (the couple are no problem what so ever....) but they dont get on, the english guy is constantly bugging me with his problems but as far as im concerned they have nothing to do with me, they are issues regarding the 3 of them not liking each other, i have however had a word with the couple and told them try and be a bit nicer to him. i have also suggested that he should move out and that sharing is not for everybody but he seems reluctant to for some reason. He has agreed to look for another place, my problem is this, i want him out but dont want to rock the boat taking legal action because I know he will dig his heels in and will be in for the long haul, he owes about 5 weeks rent now as well and dont want to chase it yet for the same reason....

what are peoples thoughts?
