Hi there, hope you are all well. im new to the forum, so please be patience with me if this question has been asked before thanks.
Historically lenders used to give great deals where you only needed to give 10% to 15% deposit on BTL, however i cant find any better that the throat cutting 25%. does anybody know of any lower ones please? Thanks for your answers in advance. Meurig. |

Hi mindiawl,
Unfortunately, there are not many choices. 75% LTV is the highest you can get. Due to credit crunch there are not many BTL products on the market and fees are high as well. Also Lloyds TSB has acquired quite a lot of lenders, so less choice again. |
