Complete Conveyancing Added to the AToM Panel

London & European (L&E), a leading company that provides services and products, which accelerate property transactions, has signed an agreement with All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM), a company that arranges literally all types of mortgages for all types of people.
All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) will support the web-based property transaction management service of London & European, called Complete Conveyancing so that it is able to join the packager’s conveyancing panel.
As for now, All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM) members will have an opportunity to submit all instructions online and to earn up to £100 on every instructed case.
The Complete Conveyancing service is aimed at linking all the parties to the chain, from the borrower to broker and from the lender to conveyance and vice versa. The service also assumes the responsibility for the sale, the purchase and the remortgage of a property.
The communication between all parties to the deal is simplified by text and e-mail notification, vase tracking and real time reports. The system also offers help associated with forecasts and business performance.
London & European CEO, Christopher Taylor, claims that the Complete Conveayncing service is the latest technology that offers efficiency to mortgage and property brokers. He added that the system cuts the time in which the completion on remortgages is made by almost 70% and all the details are being submitted virtually in 2 minutes. Moreover, he said the system provides an additional source of income.
