Blythe Liggins Solicitors Gets Accredited by the Law Society

Another UK soliciting company received Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation from the Law Society.

We have already mentioned that the UK Law Society has introduced a new Conveyancing Quality Scheme. Conveyancing agencies that comply with it, gain a quality mark upon the successful completion of several checks.

Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation is not mandatory, but in fact it is required by the majority of the leading UK banks that prefer not to work with the agencies that do not have proper accreditation.

Blythe Liggins Solicitors, a Leamington law company, is one of the first ones in its region to get the quality mark from the Law Society. Commenting on the achievement, Alex Khan of Blythe Liggins Solicitors, said that "in a time when the public is bombarded by vast numbers of businesses offering legal advice, it’s good news that the Law Society has introduced such robust assessments."

At the moment, there are only about 500 soliciting companies that are accredited by the Law Society.
