Axis Development Open for Viewing
A new apartment development has recently been open by a leading UK housebuilder, George Wimpey, which aims to attract buyers by an exciting collection of luxurious High Street apartments located in Lewisham, the London suburb. The development, Axis, is comprised of 40 modern studios and 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, which are priced starting at £144,995. The development is open for viewing from Thursday to Monday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.; visitors are welcome to look around the studios and apartments, which are beautifully decorated in creams and whites. The apartments include a master bedroom, a bathroom (sometimes with en-suite), a kitchen, a living room, as well as an access to roof terrace. It should be noted that the George Wimpey’s Options scheme allows those homebuyers choosing their property early to order some extras, such as granite work surfaces or flooring finishes, etc. In addition, the housebuilder offers a number of incentives for first-time buyers, residential property investors and those, who wish to move homes. The Axis development is located in a great area as the Lewisham High Street is pedestrianised; it also hosts a brand new shopping centre and a market open 7 days a week. The cultural infrastructure of the area is also diverse: it includes not only the Broadway Theatre and Studio, but also approximately 2,000 local artists’ workshops, countless restaurants and cafes, bars and pubs, sport and dancing clubs. Further plans on the regeneration of the area, which imply construction of new shops and offices, transport links and road layouts, are expected to make Lewisham a new metropolitan area within London, which will bring great benefits to both, property investors and homeowners. Further information on the Axis development can be obtained either by contacting the George Wimpey housebuilder or by visiting the development, which is located at 262-274 Lewisham High Street, in person. The development is open for viewing Thursday to Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
