Buy a New House for 70% of its Value
This year UK first – time buyers have a unique opportunity to get a share from 2.8 million contributed by the Government. This money is a part of a special initiative which has a purpose of reducing the cost of purchasing a house, and the sum must be distributed by the end of this year.
The programme is called HomeBuy Direct and it’s the best way to get a chance of buying your own home as it helps to dramatically reduce the initial cost of house.

107 plots were allocated to this programme, and if any buyer wants to purchase one of the lots he’ll only have to pay 70 per cent of the price. The remainder is funded by the Government and the company – clients get a 30 per cent equity loan. Very often this system means that buyers don’t even need to have a deposit.
This scheme is available to a wide range of people who don’t have their own house at the moment.
