George F White and McOwan & Co. Form Alliance
George F White, one of the most reputable rural property agencies in the North East has announced its plans to strengthen company’s position by forming a new strategic alliance. Starting July 1st, George F White has merged with McOwan & Co, a Barnard Castle-based estate agency, owned and run by Stephen McOwan.
In addition to heading the Barnard Castle-based office of McOwan & Co., Mr. Stephen McOwan will also take the post of George F White’s head of property sales and acquisitions.
The newly formed alliance aims to expand the companies’ residential sales, ita geographical coverage as well as to deepen the forms’ influence in the existing areas.
Mr. Stephen McOwan will control the residential sale transactions of the alliance and cooperate with the companies’ property teams in order to increase sales of rural and residential property in the North East and in Yorkshire.
It should be noted, that the alliance with George F White is a great chance for McOwan & Co. The George F White estate agency was established in 1979 and now plays the role of one of the leading rural estate agencies in the North East. The offices of George F White are located all over England, including London, Yorkshire, Northumberland, Wolsingham, Alnwick and the Tyne Valley.
