Welsh Farm to Be Auctioned by UK Estate Agents in October

According to JJ Morris and Chester Master, estate agents, surveyors and rural property consultants, Trefwrdan Isaf Farm located in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park near Newport will be auctioned this October on behalf of the the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales, to which it was bequeathed in 2002 by Miss Patterson. The farm to be auctioned consists of 72 acres of farmland, a 3-bedroom house and several other farm buildings. The Trefwrdan Isaf Farm was bequeathed by Miss Patterson to the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales so that it takes care of the South Wales wildlife. Although the farm, which was previously used for dairy purposes, is not extremely rich in wildlife, it represents great financial aid and value to the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales. The Trefwrdan Isaf Farm is located near Newport and just 4 miles away from the sea, which makes it ideal not only for dairy farming purposes, but also for holiday or family accommodation, especially that it has spectacular views to the Preseli Hills and a number of outbuildings. The Pembrokeshire Coast, where the farm is located, is well-known all over the United Kingdom not only for its beautiful scenery and wildlife, but also for the nice beaches. Ms. Sarah Kessell, South and West Wales Wildlife Trust chief executive, is extremely grateful to Miss Patterson. She says that the sale of the Trefwrdan Isaf Farm will provide the Trust with great financial support and will help it continue the conservation of Welsh nature habitats and species. According to the information provided by JJ Morris and Chester Master, the auction of the Trefwrdan Isaf Farm will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2009 in Cardigan (Black Lion Hotel) unless the property finds its buyer earlier. The price at the private treaty sale will be set at £550,000.
