NLA Appoints New Member to Its Board of Directors

Sussanne Chambers has been appointed the new member of the National Landlords Association (NLA) board of directors. Mrs. Chambers has been a Worcestershire landlord for almost 21 years; also, she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Mrs. Chambers is being described as a passionate property manager and a professional letting businesswoman as her portfolio is diverse, ranging from the North West to the West Midlands. She believes that the current changes to the rental property market are extremely exciting and present a great development opportunity for good landlords.
In an interview after her first speaking at the Board of Directors, Mrs. Chambers said that although many landlords perceive the current changes as a threat, she is determined that they present a development opportunity for professional letting businesses. She added that those, who wish to survive in the rental property sector, will need to demonstrate the highest quality of customer service.
Sussanne Chambers said that she is very much optimistic about the work of NLA and looks forward to participating in the development of the strategic plan for UK landlords as it will prove to be critical to their businesses.
David Salusbury, who takes the post of NLA Chairman, mentioned that Sussanne’s experience is very valuable for the National Landlords Association in the times of change and growth of the residential property sector. He said he believes that Sussanne will help NLA and UK landlords deal with the changes.
