FCC Paragon has recently made its Collect & Pay Service available all across Great Britain and, according to company experts, it was just the right time to do so.

The cuts in funding from local council are very likely to result in rental arrears and, thus, put UK landlords in disadvantaged position.

The service from FCC Paragon, however, helps residential landlords spot the defaulting rent and get the payment regardless of whether the tenant pays or not.

Commenting on the product, Mr. Bryn Cole of FCC Paragon, said that "the idea of the product is not only to ensure guaranteed and timely rent payment, but also for FCC Paragon to handle everything in order to reduce the administration time for the landlord or agent in dealing with arrears."
