UK Property Rent Rates Are Cheap in Ayrshire

Figures published lately by Endsleigh, UK-based letting agency, suggest that rent rates in Ayrshire are the cheapest in Great Britain. They are 200 pounds less than the average rental price nationwide, which currently stands at almost 700 pounds. London rate rates are almost 2 times higher and stand at 1370 pounds.

As for Ayrshire, Endsleigh letting agency claims that rent rates in the region stand at 488 pounds per month. Commenting on the findings, Mr. Thompson of Endsleigh, highlighted: "The increase in cost of renting across the board shows that despite the recession, the lettings market has remained strong, which is great news for landlords and letting agents in Ayrshire. Our survey in April showed that two thirds of landlords won’t be putting up their rents this year."

He also said that landlords, who protect their properties by purchasing rent guarantee insurance, will be secured against the unpleasant surprises from tenants.
