Home and Landlords Insurance Should Be Reviewed by Holders – BIBA

According to experts at British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA), UK landlords and homeowners, who have home insurance policy, should be extra careful in the run up to Christmas.

Mr. Graeme Trudgill of British Insurance Brokers' Association warned that "With Christmas coming up, unfortunately burglars are known to head for the Christmas tree and take the presents from underneath."

This means that homeowners, as well as landlords and tenants should pay special attention to the items they leave on show during the holidays as thieves might be tempted to take the expensive electronic gadgets, jewelry, credit cards, etc. Mr. Trudgill pointed out that car keys are also oftentimes stolen by burglars, and that's why they need to be securely stored inside the house.
