6th Annual Estate and Letting Agent Awards Took Place in London

Recent Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2009 ceremony took place in London at the five star Marriott Hotel in Mayfair and was attended by 300 of the top Estate and Letting agents of the United Kingdom. The results of the competition were based on the answers of landlords, who were asked a series of questions about the service they received from their letting agents. Deputy Chairman of the Estate and Letting Agent Awards 2009 headline sponsor, PSG, Tweedie Brown, said he was delighted at being involved into the ceremony and at realizing that estate and letting agents were ready to stand up and be counted by their clients despite the difficult economic situation in the UK and around the world. Phil Spencer, the person who presented the awards, said that it was the 6th Awards ceremony of the Estate and Letting Awards. He also said it is incredible to see letting agents getting their awards after all the pressure they receive. The property sector is in a constant need of improved customer service, and that is why the Awards Ceremony helps letting and estate agents focus on keeping their customers happy. Moreover, the word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool for agents, so customer satisfaction is vital in this sector. At the ceremony, Gold, Silver and Bronze awards were given for each region; also, there were Grand Prix Awards for Best Letting Agent in the UK and Best Estate Agent.
