EH Lettings Introduced Currency Exchange Service

EH Letting, an Edinburgh-based letting agency that specializes in property management, will become the first letting agency to provide the currency exchange service in its office, which is located at 22-24 Newington Road. The new service has been launched this week and it offers all major currencies for immediate exchange; it is being offered in cooperation with a large Edinburgh foreign currency company, No1 Currency. The new service was launched shortly after the statement of the FDS (Franchise Development Service) that franchising industry in the UK is set to expand in 2009 as a result of the increase in the number of diversifying small businesses and self employed citizens. Although No1 Currency is also cooperating with a number of companies such as Scotland’s travel agents, Barrhead Travel, Cheque Centre, and Cash Generator, EH Lettings is going to be its first partner that specializes in property lettings. David Klan, the managing Director of EH Letting said that he chose to cooperate with No1 Currency as he had extra space in his office and needed a business option that would be profitable and that would co-exist with his current business. Gordon Allan, the person who will operate the new service bureau, said that the currency exchange service is a great opportunity to attract extra income and to expand the client base. He added that the whole package is low risk in terms of set up. Gordon Allan also said that sooner or later the new Bureau de Change service might be coupled with the lettings business and might pave the company’s way into overseas property markets.
