Martin & Co. Awarded the UK Best Large Letting Chain

Many estate and letting agencies were participating in the Estate and Letting Agency Awards (ESTAs), which were held in London. However, the ESTAs “UK Best Large Letting Chain” award was given to Martin & Co. The award was presented to Mr. Ian Wilson, who takes the post of the Managing Director at Martin & Co by Phil Spencer, a media personality and a journalist at Channel 4. Mr. Spencer highlighted that the award is very special as it reflects the actual quality of services, provided by the company because the Estate and Letting Agency Awards is the only industry UK awards, which are voted for by the landlords. Phil Spencer added that the awards cannot be won easily, as the victory requires that the company has been providing an exceptionally high-quality service to its customers over a 12-month period. Mr. Spencer thinks that agent’s representatives must be delighted to receive the award and the deserved credit after all the negative press. Mr. Spencer said that the letting and estate agents’ industry is in a constant need of customer service improvement, and the company’s willingness to receive the award goes a long way to keeping the clients of estate and letting agencies happy. Moreover, customer satisfaction is vitally important for these agents as the word of mouth is the most powerful marketing tool in the industry, which makes agency’s reputation count greatly. Upon receiving the award, Ian Wilson, Martin & Co. representative mentioned that his company is delighted to win such an award. He added that he is happy to see that customers still prefer to work with dedicated letting agencies, despite the fact that the market is now flooded with letting agents, originating from sales-base estate agents.
