NatWest and RBS Launch New Remortgage Deals

Starting today, on October 5, 2010 two leading UK lenders are launching new mortgage products. They include a remortgage deal, which is available for UK consumers at 2.75%. It is a 2-year fixed deal that comes at a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio of 50% and £250 cashback.
Also, both NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) are introducing a branch and over-the-phone remortgages deal. It is a 5-year fix available at 4.39%. The maximum loan-to-value ratio on this product is 60%.
Commenting on the launch of the new products, representatives of NatWest and RBS said that the fixed remortgage deals are certain to be of interest to borrowers who value "the certainty of payment each month."
A range of other tracker and fixed-rate mortgage is being launched by NatWest these days. Other deals available from these lenders include 2- and 5-year mortgage with loan-to-value ratio of up to 90%.
