Solicitors Say Property Market is on the Rise

A solicitors’ firm from Crewe claimed that the housing market is on the rise again as the company has reported a 100% increase in sales.
Forster Dean, a solicitors’ company based in Nantwich Road has reported an increase in conveyancing requests and active case load by 50% each. The firm also claimed that over the past 3 months the housing market has showed signs of recovery, while over the last 6 weeks the number of company’s new instructions almost doubled.
The company’s statistics demonstrates that during February and March of 2009 the company saw a 100% increase in the number of new enquires and instructions, associated with property transactions, compared to the previous 7 months.
Michael Collins, Forster Dean head of conveyancing, claimed that the encouraging figures might be explained by the fact that buyers understand that it’s high time to buy or upgrade property as house prices are at historic lows.
He added that it might be a combination of low mortgage interest rates, parties’ willingness to make a deal and pent up demand that contributed to the buyers’ return on the market.
It should be noted that Forster Dean is a reputable solicitors company that has been established more than 5 years ago and has a team of dedicated conveyancers.
