Barratt North Midlands was Rated 4 Stars

The recent Home Builders Federation survey showed that Barratt North Midlands, UK leading home builder, has scored very high, which means that the majority of the buyers are satisfied with their new properties and would recommend the builder to others. More than 20,000 builders all across the UK participated in the annual HBF survey, in which Barratt North Midlands has scored 4 stars. Barratt North Midlands buyers were asked whether they are satisfied with the new homes and whether they would recommend the builder to others, with 80% of survey respondents answering “Yes”. Barratt North Midlands Sales Director, James Poynor, said the company is delighted to receive such high rating as it definitely reflects the high quality of the firm’s work and services. Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman at HBF said that it has been always very important to ensure that customers are happy with the services and homes, provided by builders; he added that the importance of this issue has increased in the current market. Mr. Baseley said he is very pleased that their surveys consistently show high levels of customer satisfaction across all areas, which means that UK builders are meeting the needs of UK property buyers. It should be noted that the results of the survey covers 12 months up to September 2008; all buyers received a satisfaction questionnaire 8 weeks after they’ve moved in. Barratt North Midlands, the builders, reported a large number of sales agreed in the first quarter of 2009 and attributes its success to competitive products and prices. The company’s representatives say that first-time buyers can benefit from the HomeBuy Direct scheme when buying their properties.
