Quick Sale of Lothian Property
According to an on-line source, the potential buyers of £1 million worth property are preparing for bargaining. The outstanding property auction will take place in the capital of Scotland. The property sale came as a result of the unsuccessful merger between Lothian and Borders & Angus Co-operative Society. At the moment, the company needs to get rid of 15 properties across the region in a short period of time.
The event will be held at the Marriott Hotel on Glasgow Road this week. It is important to mention that the properties, which are up for sale, are now in use of former company employees who have signed a life contract that allows them to live in the houses.
The auctioneers and director of CVA Property Auctions, Sean Vigers, comments that the property of the same size, which was sold on the auction was nine years ago, fired up the buyers’ interest by the fact that some items had never been on the market, because the group possessed them from the very beginning. However, all property items are in good condition, which is very different from the repossessed property, and tough bidding is expected.
Specialists say that it a good opportunity for property bargain hunters as the advantages of the auction include transparency of the deal and its quick agreement.
